Intervention

“We didn’t know what to do.  Our daughter’s life was falling apart before our very eyes.  She kept saying she could handle it, that it was no big deal, but we knew things were just getting worse and if we didn’t do something, we would lose her forever.  Cornerstone stepped in and guided us through the intervention.  Today we are proud to say our daughter is 8 years sober!" - Chris A.

1What is involved in an intervention?
Facilitated by one of our professional therapists, a chemical-dependency intervention brings together family and friends to confront a loved one about his or her problem with addiction.  The intervention is held away from the Cornerstone campus and involves a two-day seminar.

Our professional staff walks you through the entire process and is there every step of the way for direction and support.  The goal at Cornerstone of Recovery is for everyone impacted by this devastating disease to begin their own recovery process.

How do we know if we need an intervention?
If you are questioning your own judgment on the need for an intervention, please contact Cornerstone of Recovery at 866-359-8551.  All inquiries are confidential and free.

Chances are, however, if you or someone close to the addict has confronted the individual about seeking treatment and the addict refused, it may be time to initiate an actual intervention.

Is there a fee for this service?
Yes.  In most cases, however, up to half of this fee will be applied to the cost of treatment, thereby offsetting some out-of-pocket fees not covered by insurance.
